The story setup in theni, where the leaders of 7 villages along with rajkiran decides to conduct the village car festival, which is being stopped by government for 7 years following an incident. So the 7 village leaders plan to conduct the village festival in a peaceful manner with the help of the government protection. But the antogonist team were trying to stop the festival saying they want revenge. So they try various means to get their work done. But they coundn ’ t stop hero vishal defeating them & conducting the festival forms the crux of the story.
