Hero Vijayaraghavan's mother was an honest Panchayat President. Because of her honesty, she has opposition from a few people, who decide to kill her. After she escapes, she takes an oath to bring her son up to be a person who is loved by all. The goals she couldn't fulfill during her reign, she wishes to fulfill through her son. So she sends him to chennai to prepare for IAS. Vijayaraghavan while pursuing his education earns opposition from a few people, due to his honesty. They stop him from attending his IAS examination. Failing to fulfill his dream of IAS, He decides to take on political steps, to fulfill his mother's vision of serving the people. What happens next, and who won the battle?
