In Chennai city sekar works at IT Company .A scientist who neighbour to sekar house , his dog Padyappa accidentally bite Sekar. Because of this sekar change his behavior as dog and Padaiyappa changes his behavior as Human. According to Rajarajan instructions sekar came to his with padaiyappa. Sekar scold Padaiyappa because of his plans with pooja got messed. So Padaiyappa gone out of the house , on the way padaiyappa got kidnapped by Dogs Dealer. So sekar and Rajarajan searches for Padaiyappa. At that time Pooja got kidnapped by Sukumar gangs. Sekar came to rescue for Pooja but he also got tied up by gangs . After escaping from dogs dealer , Padaiyappa came to rescue Sekar . At last Sekar and Padaiyappa got changed after taking Rajarajan injection.
