Thanne Vandi is a Tamil romantic comedy film directed by Manika Vidya starring Umapathy Ramaiah, Samskruthy Shenoy, Bala Saravanan, Vidyullekha Raman,Ashwathi and Thambi Ramaiah.It is said that the protagonist is basically a water supplier in Madurai, who happens to be a drunkard as well.The story is said to revolve around the humorous clash between the hero and a newly appointed District Revenue Officer.
