Take the Steps” follows four characters at Collingwood Football Club throughout the 2023 Toyota AFL Finals Series. Craig McRae is in his second year of senior coaching. Driven by process, he will continue to do things in his own way to help his team reach the ultimate goal. Darcy Moore is the son of a club legend, Peter Moore, who lost four grand finals at Collingwood. Darcy will attempt to lift the Grand Final curse on his family, whilst leading the team as captain. Scott Pendlebury at 35, is nearing the end of his career. Arguably the club’s greatest player, he has the chance to win one more premiership. Nick Daicos is a second year superstar, fighting to return from a devastating injury. He is in a race against time to get back on the field. Together, these four characters, along with their teammates, attempt to win the club’s sixteenth premiership.
