Trailer & Synopsis

A gripping thriller that plunges you into a Paris you haven’t seen before. In the near future, Paris has been fractured into three social zones. At the top of this new order reigns Alma, an all-powerful artificial intelligence that governs society through data, prediction, and surveillance.

Assisted by police forces and swarms of drones, Alma identifies potential criminals before crimes are even committed. From the historic heart of the city to its most neglected outskirts, no one escapes its gaze.

When Alma’s creator is brutally murdered, a jaded cop from Zone3, Zem (Gilles Lellouche, All Your Faces, AF FFF24), is forced to team up with Salia (Adèle Exarchopoulos, Beating Hearts, AF FFF25), a brilliant investigator from Zone 2. Together, they dive into an investigation that takes them into the most secret corners of Paris, where the murder could reveal the dark secrets of the system they serve and shake the foundations of this new world.

As the truth behind the crime emerges, the case threatens to expose the darker foundations of a society built on surveillance, inequality, and fear.

Adapted from the novel by Laurent Gaudé and directed by Cédric Jimenez (November, AF FFF23), DOG 51 is a dystopian crime thriller that interrogates our relationship with technology, power, and social division, in which order comes at a dangerous price.

Dog 51 is showing in cinemas since March 04, 2026 to April 13, 2026
