Mui (Fish Liew) was born with mild cerebral palsy. For her past 20-odd years on earth, Mui has merely been surviving, not living. Everything in her life is about convenience; she has never even put on makeup or dressed up, let alone fall in love. When Mui learns that her mother will make her get a hysterectomy to get rid of her menstruation, she realizes that she will never be a "woman" again.
Recommended by her disabled friend Joe, Mui goes to Eva. Like White Gloves in Japan and Hand Angel in Taiwan, Eva's non-profit volunteer organization provides sexual services for the disabled. For Mui, who cannot discuss anything about love or desire with her staunchly conservative mother, Eva's organization is a blessing in disguise.
It turns out that Mui's volunteer is Ken (Carlos Chan), a motorcycle rider whom Mui sees every day on the bus. At their first meeting, Mui feels the care and respect that she has never felt in her life. Even though she was too nervous to finish the deed, she finds herself emotionally attached - even infatuated - to Ken.
However, Ken is far from perfect himself. He chose to become a volunteer to help the disabled because he watched his late sister suffer in depression after a traffic accident left her crippled. Since her death, Ken has been living aimlessly, working bit jobs and refusing to commit to relationships. When he finds himself developing feelings for Mui, he tries to shut them down. Ken convinces himself that he only provides a service with no strings attached.
As Mui finds herself flourishing from the emotional and physical liberation brought on by Ken, Mui's over-protective mother responds by tightening her emotional leash around her daughter. Will Mui finally achieve the emancipation she has been seeking all her life?
